Dennis J. Quaranta began his career in the mortgage industry in 1998, working with a company dedicated to helping minorities achieve the dream of homeownership. During his two years as office manager, he gained firsthand experience in guiding borrowers through the lending process with clarity, compassion, and integrity.

Afterward, Dennis pursued an entrepreneurial path and founded a renewable energy company that made history as the first in the United States to install offshore wind turbines in the ocean to generate electricity. The company went on to secure $440 million in commitments to build its offshore wind farm—an achievement that reflects Dennis’s vision, leadership, and ability to execute complex, large‑scale projects.

In 2016, Dennis returned to the mortgage business with a renewed purpose: to ensure borrowers receive the best possible financing options and a transparent understanding of the commitments they are taking on.
